SB22 Hijacked by Senate Republicans

Hijacked. Retaliation. Revenge.

Yesterday, Senator John Rafferty and 34 of his Republican cronies, voted YES on final passage of a hijacked version of SB22, a bill originally meant to implement fair and independent redistricting reform.

All of the advocacy organizations and groups that supported redistricting reform are now in opposition of the hijacked version of#SB22.

The amendments added by the GOP Senators actually increase gerrymandering and threaten our democracy.
