Equal Pay Day

From the Ultraviolet Team:
“Today, 99 days into 2018, is Equal Pay Day--the day women on average will earn the amount of income their male counterparts earned at the end of 2017. The pay gap means a woman loses an average of $400,000 over a lifetime--$1 million if she's Latina.
That's terrible, but not inevitable.
Research and real-life policies have repeatedly shown that decision makers can take steps to close the pay gap. It's important to dispel the myth that the pay gap is near impossible to fix, otherwise society will be discouraged from closing it.
That's why we made this graphic for today, Equal Pay Day, to help fight that harmful myth. Will you share it with your friends and family?”
